Cookie Policy
This policy explains what cookies are, which ones we use on the sales site and on the 3DClub Platform, what they are for and how you control each one. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves in your browser. It stores information such as your language choice or an identifier used to measure visits.
In this policy, when we say “cookies,” we also mean the technologies that work in a similar way:
- localStorage and sessionStorage: storage spaces in your browser that work on the same logic as a cookie, but are not sent automatically to the server. The Platform uses this type of storage;
- Pixels and tags: small pieces of code or invisible images that record a visit or an action;
- Device identifiers: codes that let us recognize the same device across visits.
2. Consent and control
The Platform stores only what is needed to keep you signed in, plus your language choice, as described in section 4. These items do not need consent, because the service you asked for does not work without them.
The sales site uses audience measurement and advertising tools, described in section 5. They store cookies and identifiers in your browser. Where the law requires your consent for this, you can refuse it or withdraw it at any time through the options in sections 7, 8 and 9.
If you are outside the European Union, the rules of your country apply. In the United States, for example, the model is opt-out, and you can find the options in section 9.
3. The four categories
| Category | What it is for | Does it need your consent? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keeping you signed in, protecting against fraud and keeping the service running | No. The service does not work without them |
| Preferences | Remembering settings you chose, such as language | No, when the choice is yours and it is only used to remember that setting. Yes, in all other cases |
| Audience measurement | Understanding how many people visit, where they come from and which parts of the page get read | Yes, where the law requires it |
| Advertising | Measuring the results of our ads and showing relevant ads on other platforms | Yes, where the law requires it |
4. What the Platform stores in your browser
The table below shows what is stored in your browser when you use the 3DClub Platform.
| Item | Category | What it is for | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Login session (name starting with “sb-” and ending in “-auth-token”), in localStorage | Strictly necessary | Keeping you signed in after you enter your sign-in code | Until you sign out or the session expires |
| Language (“3dclub_idioma”), in localStorage | Preferences | Remembering the language you chose. Without that choice, the Platform opens in English | Until you clear the site data |
| Cloudflare anti-bot verification, when active | Strictly necessary | Confirming that whoever requests the sign-in code is a person and not a bot | Only during the verification |
The cookies and identifiers of the sales site are described in section 5.
5. Measurement and advertising tools
The sales site uses Google Tag Manager to load and manage the measurement tools. The container is served by a tag server, which means that some of the site's events, such as a page visit, pass through that server before reaching the providers of the tools.
| Tool | Category | What we use it for | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Tag Manager | Tag management | Loading the other tools and recording site events | Depends on the active tags |
| Google Analytics 4 | Audience measurement | Understanding browsing behavior and page performance | Up to 2 years, depending on the tool's configuration |
| Advertising tools Meta and Google | Advertising | Measuring how many sales came from our ads, when campaigns are running | Depends on each tool's configuration |
These companies may process data outside the European Economic Area. The applicable safeguards are described in section 8 of the Privacy Policy.
6. Other third-party resources
Fonts
Our pages use the Roboto font, loaded from Google Fonts. When you open a page, your browser sends a request to Google's servers, which receive your IP address. If the font is hosted on our own server instead, that request no longer happens.
Demo video
The video on the sales page is played by a third-party service, Rocketplayer. When the video loads, that service receives your IP address and browser data and may store its own cookies or storage, according to its own policy.
Payment
When you click to buy, you are taken to Hotmart's checkout environment, which has its own cookies and privacy policy. From that point on, the processing of your payment data is governed by that platform's policy.
Infrastructure
The site and the Platform use network and security services, such as Cloudflare, which may store technical identifiers to protect against attacks and abuse. These identifiers fall under the strictly necessary category.
7. How to change your choice
You can block, delete or review cookies and browser storage at any time directly in your browser settings, listed in section 8. When you clear the Platform's site data, you are signed out and the language goes back to the default. Just sign in again with the email you used for your purchase.
If you want to confirm what is turned on, or ask for a measurement or advertising tool to be turned off for you, write to [email protected]. We will reply and adjust whatever is technically possible.
Withdrawing consent applies going forward and does not undo processing that already took place while your consent was valid.
8. Browser controls
You can set up your browser to block or delete cookies and site data:
- Chrome: Settings, Privacy and security, Cookies and other site data;
- Safari: Settings, Safari, Privacy & Security;
- Firefox: Settings, Privacy & Security, Cookies and Site Data;
- Edge: Settings, Cookies and site permissions;
- Google Analytics: opt-out add-on for browsers, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
You can also opt out directly on the advertising platforms, in the ad settings of your Meta account and your Google account.
9. Automatic opt-out signals
Some browsers and extensions automatically send Global Privacy Control, a signal that you do not want your data shared for behavioral advertising. We aim to respect that signal in our advertising tools.
You can also use the other options in this policy, or write to us, to ask that the measurement and advertising tools be turned off for you.
10. What happens if you refuse
Nothing essential. Refusing the categories that depend on consent does not block access to the site or the Platform, and it does not change the price, content or quality of what you purchased.
The practical effect is that we have less information about how the site is used, and the ads you see elsewhere will be less related to your interests.
Blocking the strictly necessary browser storage prevents you from signing in to the Platform, because without it we cannot keep you signed in.
11. Changes and contact
Whenever we add or remove a tool, we will update this page.
